The 11th episode of Nothing Under The Sun originally aired on WESU at 2-3AM on February 23, 2011.
Rundown:

Deathspell Omega starts us off in a most devastating way with a track off of their latest, Paracletus. Black metal from arguably the greatest current band in the genre (and not letting up).
Next up, Peter Lee of Bereft lends us his voice and a track from each band on the Bereft / Fire In The Head split release gets played. Power electronics done the time tested and most effective straight ahead manner. [The “nothing under the sun Volume 11” pic above is a re-purposing of this album’s cover.]

We move on to (noticeable N.U.T.S. favorite; most played artist) Steve Moore with two tracks from Primitive Neural Pathways.

Meshing old with new is the theme for the second half of the show. We take a few tracks from the Scientist Launches Dubstep Into Outer Space releases on Tectonic. Scientist, a key name in the reggae dub world, here takes on the relatively new phenomenon that is dubstep. Key producers from the new genre lend some tunes and then Scientist takes them on a journey of his own.

The next track is the lead single from the Gil Scott-Heron and Jamie xx collaboration album, We’re New Here. Taking a bit from the veteran and adding a dubstep slant - this is a bit of the opposing take to the direction the Scientist releases took (new taking on old rather than old taking on new).
And, finally, the episode ends with a track that is straight sugar pop/crack (again, with a dubstep slant). Katy B’s “Lights On (feat. Ms. Dynamite).” Here’s the vid:
